Boosting Your Life With Mishle( Proverbs) #40

"The strong desire of the lazy one will kill him, for his hands refuse to labor"- Mishle 21:25
What we desire strongly in many cases dictates our focus and impacts our state of mind.King Solomon understood all those years ago that what sits in your mind and claims residency for extended periods ripples out to every area of your life and your body.
Our thoughts power our desires and precede all of our actions cancel the visa of the toxic waste that resides in your mind and your life and body will follow suit

Boosting Your Life With Mishle( Proverbs)#39

"תּוֹעֲבַת יְהוָה כָּל גְּבַהּ לֵב .....".משלי טז ה
The abomination of Hashem is the high of heart- Mishle 16:5
The intention of the words the" high of heart " means the proud of heart but why use the words " high" of heart
Let me offer this
Because when you focus on pride you are always looking down on others and seeing only yourself, your perspective with no room for others and no room for Hashem. When you look up to Hashem who is not only up but everywhere you are more humble as you take in the grandeur of the seemingly infinite growing universe that is but a dot in the endless Reality that is Hashem and in so doing you make room for others to be themselves their best selves realizing that when you are self.. less you make so much room for others that you become so much more.

Boosting Your Life With Mishle( Proverbs)#38

"The abomination of G-d are the proud of heart-Mishle( Proverbs)"
The proud of heart see only themselves , their needs, desires, dreams etc with an unwillingness to entertain the views , needs etc of others.
The see only themselves so they have no place for G-d and more than that in essence they are saying :
noone can see further than I can
noone can understand better than I can
noone can anything better than I can
When you make no place for anyone but you there is no greater abomination as you deny yourself and the world of all you could be,become and contribute which with G-d has no limit

Boosting Your Life With Mishle( Proverbs)#37

What you see in others is at some level or version of what is in you in actuality or and in potential
כַּמַּיִם הַפָּנִים לַפָּנִים כֵּן לֵב הָאָדָם לָאָדָם-משלי כז יט
"As in water face to face so too the heart of man to man"
The growth question to ask is "How does this resonate with me, within me?"

Boosting Your Life With Mishle(Proverbs)#36

" He who relies on his riches shall fall, but the righteous shall flourish like a leaf" Mishle 11:28
In other words when what you rely on is from without you are more prone to fall because changes can happen at any time and you do not have much control over them but G-d has gifted us with the ability to control our attitude no matter which way the wind blows because we are connected to the tree of life , like the leaf and from the root we receive everything within , we just need to choose to be open to it

When we get in touch with our authenticity we will gain the understanding to draw out what we need to live our lives and not let our lives live us,kissing the Divine and allowing ourselves to shine.
