We never have all the answers as no matter what ,we always see the world through our eyes, the filters of our beliefs, values, fears, assumptions, experiences etc.So listening to others, talking to others, learning from others does not necessitate agreement but keeps us open and expands understanding leading to better decisions , choices etc
