A person without restraint disrespects mostly themselves for they reveal much that most of us may go through but keep for our discourse between ourselves and G-D in our inner wars until refined for the world to behold. Restraint allows us to accept the fallibility of our humanity but shows our desire to fight for our higher selves and to refrain from reckless insanity.
