A person without restraint disrespects mostly themselves for they reveal much that most of us may go through but keep for our discourse between ourselves and G-D in our inner wars until refined for the world to behold. Restraint allows us to accept the fallibility of our humanity but shows our desire to fight for our higher selves and to refrain from reckless insanity.

As miniscule specks in the cosmic expanse so many of us think that we know it all,coloring our lenses with" I".The word in hebrew for I is ani(אני) which has the same letters as the word ayin( אַיִן ) which means nothingness, suggesting that when we focus on ourselves , only what we think we know , we have nothing of enduring consequence and that is the folly of the fool . Yet a wise man listens to others ,with his self esteem intact, knowing that learning is understanding leading to growth and a different level of quality , achievement , joy in G-d's beautiful gift of our unique lives.
